Yoga

Yoga helps connect body and mind through movement, breath, balance, and focus. Our yoga classes build strength, flexibility, and endurance while also creating space for relaxation, calm, and mental clarity. Suitable for a wide range of ages, fitness levels, and body types, yoga can also support circulation, digestion, respiration, and overall well-being.

Barre

Barre blends elements of ballet, Pilates, strength training, and Hatha yoga into an energizing full-body workout. The barre supports balance work and stretching, while light weights and core-strengthening props add challenge and intensity. Classes are designed to leave you feeling strong, lifted, and refreshed.

Pilates

Pilates focuses on training the mind and body together through breath, alignment, and core control. Classes strengthen deep torso muscles, support the spine, firm the abdominals, and improve posture, stamina, coordination, flexibility, and joint mobility. It is an excellent way to build balanced strength from the inside out.

Core Conditioning

Core Conditioning targets the abdominals, obliques, glutes, back, and leg muscles for a focused and engaging workout. Using props such as weights, stability balls, and gliding discs, these classes keep you moving while building strength, stability, and body awareness.

Spin / Indoor Cycling

Spin is a fun, high-energy cardiovascular workout that helps build endurance, strengthen the core, and tone muscles. Using professional stationary bikes with weighted flywheels and motivating playlists curated by our instructors, indoor cycling classes are suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, whether you are new to spin or an experienced rider looking for a strong indoor workout.

Private Training

Private Training sessions are available for anyone who wants to work one-on-one, or in a small group, with an instructor or trainer. These sessions can focus on yoga, Pilates, core work, strength, mobility, and more. Private training is ideal for clients returning from injury, preparing for a sport or event, refining exercise technique, or simply seeking a more personalized path toward their fitness goals.

Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer training offers a highly effective way to build core strength, improve alignment, increase flexibility, and develop better control of movement using reformer equipment. Reformer work can be adapted for a wide range of goals, from gentle support and careful progression to more advanced strength and control.

Zumba

Zumba combines dance and fitness in a lively, upbeat format that leaves many students feeling energized and uplifted. We are not currently offering regular Zumba classes, but we would be glad to hear from you if there is interest in bringing them back.
