Most sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.
- Please remove your shoes before entering each studio space.
- Please leave cell phones outside the studio so you can relax and focus.
- Drink plenty of water. Good hydration helps you enjoy your session more comfortably.
- Showers are available; please bring your own towel.
What is a Reformer?
The Reformer is a piece of Pilates equipment with a sliding carriage, adjustable spring resistance, straps, and a platform. Clients may recline, sit, kneel, or stand while performing a variety of exercises.
Pilates Reformers offer a powerful alternative to mat work, providing both satisfying stretch and deep muscular challenge. Every Body Balance is one of the few studios in the area offering Reformer training.
How do I get started?
Personal training and small group training sessions are available to suit a variety of schedules and goals. Please contact us to discuss your needs and schedule a session.
You may also purchase single sessions, small group sessions, or session packs through our member site. Personal training sessions must be purchased when scheduled, and discounted pricing may be available when buying a package in advance.
