Barre Classes at Every Body Balance

Barre offers a unique full-body workout that blends movements inspired by ballet, Pilates, strength training, and yoga. At Every Body Balance, our barre classes are designed to help you build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and create long, lean muscle tone in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Our classes use the barre as a helpful tool for balance, alignment, and stretching. We may also incorporate light weights, core-strengthening props, and small controlled movements that challenge the muscles while staying low impact and accessible to a wide range of fitness levels.

What to Expect

Barre classes often include high-repetition, low-impact exercises that target the legs, glutes, core, and arms. These movements are designed to improve muscular endurance, enhance body awareness, and support overall stability and control. Stretching and mobility work are also woven into class to help improve flexibility and range of motion.

In addition to its physical benefits, barre can also help improve focus and reduce stress. The rhythm of the class, combined with mindful breathing and controlled movement, creates an energizing workout that leaves many students feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed.

New to Barre?

If you are new to barre or looking to refine your technique, our instructors provide clear guidance, encouragement, and modifications to help you move safely and confidently. Whether you are cross-training, returning to exercise, or exploring something new, barre can be a great fit.

Most classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

  • Please remove your shoes before entering the studio space.
  • Please leave cell phones outside the studio so you can relax and focus.
  • Drink plenty of water. Good hydration helps you enjoy class more comfortably.
  • If you arrive before the previous class has ended, please wait in the lobby area.

Barre [ENERGIZING]

A full-body barre workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga. This flowing class uses the barre for balance, alignment, and stretching while helping strengthen and tone the entire body.

Barre Fusion [MODERATE]

An athletic and challenging class that blends barre work with small hand weights and core-focused props. Barre Fusion helps strengthen the lower body, tone the arms, improve posture, and build overall stability and control.

Cardio Barre [ENERGIZING]

A high-energy, low-impact workout that combines barre exercises, light weights, and fat-burning movement. This class includes toning and resistance work for the glutes, legs, core, and arms to build strength and endurance.
