Most classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.
- Please remove your shoes before entering the studio space.
- Please leave cell phones outside the studio so you can relax and focus.
- Drink plenty of water. Good hydration helps you enjoy class more comfortably.
- If you arrive before the previous class has ended, please wait in the lobby area.
Barre [ENERGIZING]
A full-body barre workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga. This flowing class uses the barre for balance, alignment, and stretching while helping strengthen and tone the entire body.
Barre Fusion [MODERATE]
An athletic and challenging class that blends barre work with small hand weights and core-focused props. Barre Fusion helps strengthen the lower body, tone the arms, improve posture, and build overall stability and control.
Cardio Barre [ENERGIZING]
A high-energy, low-impact workout that combines barre exercises, light weights, and fat-burning movement. This class includes toning and resistance work for the glutes, legs, core, and arms to build strength and endurance.
