Private Training
Every Body Balance Private Training offers a personalized fitness experience designed around your goals, preferences, and comfort level. Private sessions are ideal for one-on-one yoga or Pilates instruction, Pilates reformer training, TRX training, or focused support in building strength, flexibility, and confidence. Personal training and small group training sessions are available.
Spin / Indoor Cycling
Every Body Balance Spinning is a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout that helps burn calories, build endurance, strengthen the core, and tone muscles. Using stationary bikes with weighted flywheels, our spinning classes include hills, sprints, intervals, and motivating music in a supportive group setting. They are suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.
