Most classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.
- Please remove your shoes before entering the studio space.
- Please leave cell phones outside the studio so you can relax and focus.
- Drink plenty of water. Good hydration helps you enjoy class more comfortably.
- If you arrive before the previous class has ended, please wait in the lobby area.
Yoga Basics [INTRODUCTORY]

Strength and Flexibility Yoga [ENERGIZING]
A rejuvenating hatha yoga class that combines strengthening and stretching postures with deep, full breathing for relaxation and renewal.
Good Morning Yoga [ENERGIZING]
An energizing class designed to get your body moving, your blood flowing, and your day off to a strong start.
Gentle Evening Yoga [RELAXING]
A relaxing class designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore focus. A great way to unwind from the day.
Restorative Yoga [GENTLE]
