At Every Body Balance, our yoga classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more centered, and more at ease in your body, whether you are just beginning or have practiced for years.

Our classes energize, strengthen, and tone the major muscle groups while also encouraging calm, focused breathing and relaxation. Yoga can help improve posture, mobility, endurance, and balance, while also supporting mental clarity and stress reduction.

Classes for All Levels

At Every Body Balance, we welcome beginners as well as longtime practitioners. Our instructors offer thoughtful guidance, modifications, and support so that students can move at a pace that feels safe, comfortable, and productive. We believe yoga should be both accessible and enjoyable.

Most classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

  • Please remove your shoes before entering the studio space.
  • Please leave cell phones outside the studio so you can relax and focus.
  • Drink plenty of water. Good hydration helps you enjoy class more comfortably.
  • If you arrive before the previous class has ended, please wait in the lobby area.

Yoga Basics [INTRODUCTORY]

A welcoming “Yoga 101” class for students taking their first steps into yoga. Postures are presented in an easy-to-follow, accessible way to help build strength, improve flexibility, support joint stability, and enhance posture and balance.

Strength and Flexibility Yoga [ENERGIZING]

A rejuvenating hatha yoga class that combines strengthening and stretching postures with deep, full breathing for relaxation and renewal.

Good Morning Yoga [ENERGIZING]

An energizing class designed to get your body moving, your blood flowing, and your day off to a strong start.

Gentle Evening Yoga [RELAXING]

A relaxing class designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore focus. A great way to unwind from the day.

Restorative Yoga [GENTLE]

A chance to unwind, re-energize, and reconnect in a calming atmosphere. This gentle class focuses on relaxing movements and breathing techniques that support both physical and mental balance. Contact us to schedule a session.

Teen Yoga [ENERGIZING]

A vinyasa flow class designed especially for teens ages 12 to 17. Students learn how to use breath and movement to create ease, calm, balance, flexibility, and strength in both body and mind. Contact us to schedule a session.
