Most classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

  • Please remove your shoes before entering each studio space.
  • Please leave cell phones outside the studio so you can relax and focus.
  • Drink plenty of water. Good hydration helps you enjoy class more comfortably.

Cardio Muscle / Yoga Combo [MODERATE / ENERGIZING]

A full-body workout using a variety of Every Body Balance props to increase challenge and intensity. No prior Yoga experience is needed — just come, have fun, and enjoy a strong core-focused workout.

Muscle Conditioning [ENERGIZING]

A mix of cardio training and serious core work for students looking for an energizing workout that builds strength and endurance.

Reformer Mat Synthesis [MODERATE]

Work through mat exercises and then advance to related movements on the Reformer, exploring the benefits and differences of each method. Available as Personal Training or small-group personal training. Please email us to schedule a session.
