Every Body Balance instructors bring experience, warmth, and a wide range of fitness backgrounds to the studio. Whether you are looking for a personal trainer, a knowledgeable yoga teacher, or a skilled class instructor, you will find thoughtful guidance and personal attention here.
While each instructor has a unique teaching style and area of expertise, all share the core Every Body Balance philosophy: creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment while offering individual adjustments and accommodations for every student.
Every Body Balance is all about you
Susan is the owner and a longtime instructor at Every Body Balance. Her philosophy is grounded in science and in the belief that physical, mental, and social health are deeply connected. She brings that perspective into fun, engaging, and highly personalized classes designed to help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
After beginning postdoctoral training at MIT and the Harvard School of Public Health in the 1980s, Susan went on to lead her own biomedical research lab at MIT, focused on health and wellness. With a lifelong love of the outdoors and the interconnectedness of nature, she began practicing yoga in the 1990s and later embraced Pilates and barre to build core strength, flexibility, and balance. At Every Body Balance, Susan shares these passions through thoughtful, lively, and individualized instruction.
Susan E — Owner and Instructor

Michele brings a warm smile, vibrant energy, and a genuine passion for health and fitness to every class. After having three children, she first turned to Pilates to get back in shape and has been committed to wellness ever since.
With more than 15 years of teaching experience, Michele also leads barre and yoga classes. Her goal is to help women feel strong, confident, and energized while creating a fun and supportive class experience.
Michele F

Debi has been teaching barre since 2016 and was drawn to it through a lifelong love of music and movement. In her younger years, she was deeply involved in musical theatre and dinner theatre, so movement set to music has always felt natural to her.
As an occupational therapist, Debi brings both creativity and thoughtful instruction to class. Her sessions are designed to be challenging but accessible, with plenty of modifications along the way. She wants every student to have fun, get a great workout, and feel their progress over time.

Mary brings energy, motivation, and a love of fitness to every spin class. She has been part of Every Body Balance since 2016 and is dedicated to helping riders of all levels challenge themselves, build endurance, and have fun along the way.
With a focus on high-energy workouts, motivating music, and a supportive atmosphere, Mary’s classes are designed to inspire and encourage. Whether you are new to indoor cycling or already an experienced rider, she will help you power through every ride with confidence.

As an active child involved in gymnastics, cross country, and track and field, Stephanie naturally carried a love of movement and fitness into adulthood. She has been with Every Body Balance since 2016 and has taught fitness classes for more than 10 years.
Her certifications include Barre, Piloxing, POUND, and Masala Bhangra, though Pilates remains her greatest passion. Stephanie loves combining strength training and stretching so students leave class feeling strong, balanced, and energized. She has worked with all ages and experience levels, from young children to older adults, from beginners to professional athletes, and brings a strong appreciation for self-care and mindfulness to her teaching.
Stephanie T

Ananya is the USA Yoga Northeast Champion, a USA Nationals silver medalist, and placed fifth in the world at the International Yoga Sports Federation World Championships. She is a high school student with a strong passion for mind-body wellness.
Ananya is certified through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center’s 200-hour registered training, Yoga Alliance, and the Blissful Kids Positive Mindfulness for Kids and Teens program. She has been teaching yoga since 2021 and feels grateful for the opportunity to share her enthusiasm for yoga with young adults. Her mission is to help students understand how the body and mind work together through yoga for greater strength, focus, and overall well-being.
