Getting started is easy
We understand that starting at a new fitness studio can feel a little intimidating. Whether you are new to yoga, Pilates, barre, spin, or group fitness in general, we want you to know that you are welcome here. Our instructors and community are here to support you, answer questions, and help you get started with confidence.

Visit our TeamUp site and register with your email address. You will be prompted to sign a simple waiver during the process.

We strive to offer exceptional yoga, Pilates, barre, spin, and personal training in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our students come from Southborough, Hopkinton, Ashland, Framingham, Westborough, Marlborough, Northborough, Shrewsbury, and beyond.
How to register for class
To register for a class, please sign up through our online calendar for either in-studio or virtual classes.
For in-studio classes, please register at least one hour before class. Once you sign up, you will receive a reminder, and you can simply arrive at the studio a few minutes before class begins.
For virtual classes, register at least one hour before class by selecting the class with the small camera icon. Once registered, you will receive an automated Zoom link for the session.

Come in and join us
- You are welcome to join any of our regular classes with a drop-in, class pass, or membership. We encourage you to purchase ahead of time to save time at the studio.
- At the studio, we accept credit card payments via Square or cash.
- Please complete the New Student Waiver and Basic Information form ahead of time when possible. If you register online, you will be guided through it.
- If you are new to yoga or Pilates, we encourage you to begin with one of our basics or intro-level classes.
- If you are new to core fitness or spin, just let the instructor know and go at your own pace.
- Start slowly and take rests whenever needed. Our instructors are always happy to offer modifications.
You may purchase a drop-in, class pass, or monthly membership ahead of time using our online purchase options.
Simply purchase, then arrive for the class you want to attend. If you prefer not to purchase online, you are welcome to arrive about 15 minutes early and register in person.
What to bring
- Please bring your own yoga mat and blocks. We do have a limited number of shared props available if you forget yours.
- You may want to bring a small towel for perspiration.
- Wear clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortably.
- Our Southborough location includes men’s and women’s showers. Please bring your own towels.
