Core Fitness

All Classes are 60 minutes unless otheriwse noted.

  • Please remove your shoes before you enter each studio space.
  • Please no cell phones in the studios. you're here to relax.
  • Drink plenty of water. Being hydrated is fundamental to enjoying your classes.
  • Please help yourself to complimentary coffee or tea in the reception area.

Core Conditioning [MODERATE / ENERGIZING]

A full body workout using a variety of the Every Body Balance props to help increase the intensity of the exercise; no prior knowledge of pilates is needed for this class. Just come, have fun, and enjoy a good Core workout!

Cardio Core [ENERGIZING]

A mix of cardio along with serious core exercises. This class will give you the abs you have been dreaming of and more.

Boot Camp [ENERGIZING]

An energetic workout combining plyometrics, cardio drills, circuit training, and muscle conditioning.  All set to lively music.  Join us in the core fitness fun!

NEW:  Turbo Kick [ENERGIZING]

Turbo Kick combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn. Hard-hitting combos and edgy dance moves help you quickly condition and tone muscles. No equipment needed except YOU!  Turbo Kick consists of eight sections: Punches, Kicks, Punches & Kicks, Turbo (2-minute high-intensity cardio, repeated 3-4 times), Recovery, Finale, Legs and Abs. Each section has a long and short combination of moves, repeated on both the right and left sides. The class starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool down section. If you aren’t dripping in sweat at the end of the class, then we’re not doing our job!

Reformer Mat Synthesis [MODERATE]

Work your way through Mat exercises and advance to similar movements on the Reformer. Discovering the benefits and differences of each method. Available as Personal Training or Small Group (2) Personal Training; call or email the reception staff to schedule a session.
