5 Reasons Why We Love Spinning® (And You Should, Too!)
Men and women in our Southborough fitness studios are loving our Spin® classes, where we offer pure Spinning® as well as Spinning mixed with other workouts. So whether you’re coming for Spin Basics, Spin / Yoga combo, Spin / Yoga / Pilates combo, Spin-Abs combo and Spin Sculpt, or a solid 60 minutes of Spinning, you’re sure to get a great workout.
1. Spinning is energizing.
Come tired and leave alive! The upbeat music and group energy are only intensified by our certified instructors who are great at interacting with the whole group and bringing out your individual passion and motivation.
2. You don’t need grace, poise, or balance.
For all the people out there who are self-conscious about dancing because you feel clunky and lack rhythm, you don’t need any of this for spinning. Just pedal a bicycle–you’re not on display for the finesse of your movements.
3. Spinning uses interval training.
Banish the thought of a constant burn that just keeps getting worse for an hour. Our instructors will take you through raising and lowering the resistance and alternating between standing up and sitting down for an optimum, heart-pounding workout.
4. You stay in control.
Have you ever wished when you were riding your bike outside that you could program just the right combination of hills and flats to suit your needs? With Spinning you can do exactly that. You can raise or lower the resistance to the level that’s perfect for you.
5. Get a serious athletic bicycle workout after dark.
The inventor of Spinning, Johnny Goldberg, was training at night and got hit by a car. This was the thing that prompted him to think there had to be a better way. At 6:00 in the winter, don’t risk your safety on your bike outside in the darkness–visit our spinning class instead at our 162 Cordaville Road / Rt 85 studio.
There are a lot of other reasons why you will love Spinning once you try it. Come and get addicted to it with us!
